Coordinating an international research consortium is always a challenge — and that’s exactly what makes it exciting. As Project Manager of the EIC-funded ACHIEVE initiative, our role is to connect diverse teams working toward one visionary goal: advancing a groundbreaking therapeutic platform.

A key strength of ACHIEVE lies in its consortium: a multidisciplinary network that brings together academic research and industrial expertise — including partners both within and outside the European Union. Navigating different regulatory frameworks, timelines, and communication approaches can be challenging. Our role is to turn this diversity into a coordinated, productive force, ensuring that every partner moves forward with clarity and confidence.
